No. Satellite Net Care is independent. We are not SpaceX or official Starlink customer care. You can always use the provider’s official channels.
This brand is built for kits that are already in service. We can still help, but first-day unboxing is not our main promise.
Initial consultation is free. If a paid support fee applies, it is explained before you authorize it. Monthly service is billed by the provider.
No. We are a phone desk. We will not coach unsafe roof work. Hire a local installer when the mount requires it.
