1. Who we are
Satellite Net Care provides independent informational and assisted support services related to ongoing satellite internet care, outages, dish, speed. We are not affiliated with SpaceX, Starlink®, or any official satellite internet provider customer care department.
2. Nature of the service
We provide phone-based guidance and assistance. We do not guarantee that every device, account, or plan issue can be resolved. Outcomes depend on device condition, signal environment, account eligibility, and third-party provider systems outside our control.
3. Fees & billing transparency
Your initial consultation is free. If any paid support service fee applies to your request, the agent will disclose it clearly before you authorize payment. Subscription fees for the underlying radio or internet service are billed by your provider under their terms — not under the Satellite Net Care brand name unless expressly stated on a separate written receipt.
4. Accurate information
You agree to provide accurate identifiers (Radio ID / ESN, kit details, vehicle information where relevant) and contact information for legitimate support only, and not to misuse this website (including automated abuse, scraping, or fraudulent requests).
5. Safety
Always keep your vehicle safely parked before interacting with dash controls or menus. Do not attempt setup while driving. Follow manufacturer safety guidelines for roof, pole, and elevated dish installs. You are responsible for safe physical installation practices.
6. Intellectual property & trademarks
All trademarks, including Starlink® and related provider marks, belong to their respective owners and are used only for identification and compatibility description. No endorsement, sponsorship, or partnership is implied or claimed.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Satellite Net Care is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or support services. Our total liability for any claim related to a support session is limited to fees (if any) you paid us for that session.
8. Advertising & destination representation
When you arrive from a Google Ad or similar advertisement, the services described in the ad are intended to match the services offered on this website: Independent phone assistance for existing satellite internet households: outages, slow speeds, dish clearance, weather-related dropouts, billing questions, and relocating a kit. We do not impersonate official provider websites.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
